I am in a dishcloth knitting frenzy as of lately. They are a perfect project to do while learning something new and feeling a sense of accomplishment for a quick knitting fix. I have such thick calluses on my fingers, that I have lost feeling in the tips of my index fingers.
I have managed to turn out one Jaywalker sock and 8 dishcloths with a bit more difficult patterns. It also goes along with my goal of stash busting my cedar chest a little bit. I knew my frenzy would come to an end very soon. I was cranking some cloths out in a day’s time frame. Friday on my trip to Georgia, I couldn’t do more than 2 rows with out making a mistake and it continued into the night, till then I finally gave up.
I needed to find a new project! We got new laptops at work; it is only logical to make a Felted Messenger Bag for carrying it around. My fingertips are really enjoying the size 15 needles! I was able to finally frog that sweater that has been lying around for almost 2yrs.
Here are my 4 favorite Dishcloths!
